How to use:

*Soak the grain for 2 hours. The longer the grains are soaked, the softer and easier they are to digest.
*Cook the millets normally in your rice cooker / regular pot.
With Salad: Toss the cooked grains in your salad with your raw veggies, fruits, nuts and dressing.
For making Idli/Dosa: Soak half a proportion of Urad Dal to the full proportion of the millet grains for 2 hours. Grind them together and ferment the both for 2 more hours to create the batter.
